Although we strive for complete satisfaction, there are times when only a return of the merchandise will do. No problem. We only ask that you follow a few steps and we will cheerfully refund your purchase cost or exchange for other products.
To receive credit/refund you MUST:
1) Obtain preauthorization for the return by contacting Glove Specialties, Inc. by email on our Contact Page. You will receive a return authorization code.
2) Within 20 days from the date shipped, return the merchandise in its original condition: no stains, rips, or tears.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless the return is being made because of defective gloves in which case Glove Specialties, Inc. will pay for shipping.
Please include the following information with your return: name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, e-mail address, original order confirmation invoice number, and return authorization code.
